The NAA18606C variant includes a special .22 Long Rifle conversion cylinder to allow .22 LR shooting in the .22 Magnum frame.

Bought one for my dad and my self for Father's Day. The classic design, 6 inch octagon barrel, extra cylinder for different .22 ammo was a nice touch.
