My first wheel gun...
My first wheel gun purchase in many years, so very happy with the GP100. The gun is smooth and an absolute joy to shoot. Heavy enough to tame 357 ammo and a total kitten with 38 specials. The adjustable rear sight and hi viz front make sighting a snap. Looked at the 686 and python, happy with my purchase!

Not sure if I would...
Not sure if I would purchase another Ruger online... Out of the box my model has a stuck ejector and is going back to Ruger for service before leaving shop; pre-paid label but will see how long it takes. Several burs inside ejector channel to the point QA/QC at Ruger should have caught this during test fire and ejection. Your experience may differ but mine also came with a large gouge/bur on the top near rear sight that needed to be filed down, several dents/holster wear on front end. Appears to be used but came packed in new case, oiled and in plastic. If I were to have seen this exact handgun before order I would have passed due to finish and function.
