My second purchase...
My second purchase from Bud's Guns and not disappointed! Buds processed my order within hours and my SP101 was in the hands of my FFL in two days. With that said, this revolver was delivered as advertised with no exceptions. This little spit fire is built like a tank. It is quite heavy for a snub nose but to me that is a good thing. It is a solid chunk of stainless steel so what do you expect! Recoil is not as bad as I thought with .38 Special rounds. I have not tried .357 yet but this revolver is so solidly built, you certainly could fire Buffalo Bore 180g through it with no problem. I think I will put a Hogue grip on it before I even try a lighter .357 round though. Summary: Don't go cheap, spend a little bit more and buy a Ruger SP101 and buy it from Bud's! You will not regret it.

What is there to say...
What is there to say about Buds and Ruger wheel guns?! This was something like my 13th or 14th purchase from Buds in some 4 or 5yrs. The revolver is absolutely beautiful, just as expected. It goes nicely with my Wiley Clapp edition sp101. I used layaway like always and like always a flawless transaction. I had a hi viz fiber optic front sight waiting to be installed on this, what a difference. Have only put 5rnds thru it so far but it's right on, ringing my 8" AR500 plate in my backyard at 20yds. Do not hesitate to grab a Ruger revolver, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Buds and I already have another Layaway in progress.
