My low rating is because of Bud's customer service, not the firearm itself. The 327 WR is what you would expect it to be, a fully tricked-out competition-ready revolver. You probably will modify it to reduce the trigger weight, as I soon will do. My purchase experience with Bud's Gun Shop was frustrating and disappointing. First, they posted an attractive price, but did not bother to state that the gun was NOT NEW. When I received it, the sight was powered on and the gun was dirty from being shot. Response from Customer Service was slow. After a some back and forth they admitted that the gun was a returned item. I was offered the option to exchange the gun for a new one. After they received it back, they changed their story and said I could not have a new gun for that price. I decided to keep it so they shipped it back to me, but were unwilling to reimburse me for the 2nd FFL fee.
