The Smith & Wesson Model 67 is a stainless steel K-frame revolver chambered in .38 Special. Its four-inch barrel provides a useful balance of maneuverability, sight radius, and controllability for range use, home protection, and general-purpose carry. The double-action mechanism also supports deliberate single-action fire when a lighter, more precise trigger pull is preferred. This factory configuration uses a six-shot cylinder, polymer grips, and standard adjustable revolver sights. Factory standard models do not include an optic-ready mounting system, threaded barrel, manual safety, trigger safety, or grip safety.

Ordered this revolver...
Ordered this revolver from Bud's thinking it would be another good typical S&W pistol. First groups were horrible. 4" at fifteen yards. Thought I had a shotgun. Ended up sending it back to Smith and Wesson for repair. Smith installed a new barrel and said there was ghost material in the original barrel. ( Whatever that means) Now pistol shoots fine. I should not have to send back new firearms for repairs. Otherwise I would have given product 5 stars. No fault of Buds of course. Pistol is now being used in revolver USPSA type matches with no further issues.

Most accurate pistol I own revolver or semiautomatic. I love to fire this one. I've hit bullseye at 25 yards constantly. If I could find another one new I'd buy it.

This is the same model...
This is the same model I started carrying 40 plus years ago (model 15) only now in stainless steel. Leave it to S&W to screw it up with a integral frame safety which no one wanted but the anti-gunners. That said, it is still the simplest revolver S&W makes in a K frame and has the adjustable sights - compare this to the fixed sight version (model 64) and you'll see this version is much easier to shoot. Nice comfortable grips. I would highly recommend this revolver for new shooters.
