Product Overview
The AAC Advanced Armament Corp. MPW is a semi-automatic modern sporting rifle chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Its 16-inch 5R barrel uses a full-length nitride treatment on the bore, chamber, and exterior to provide corrosion resistance and surface hardness without the accuracy compromises associated with traditional chrome lining. A free-floating Knights Armament forearm rail provides a rigid platform for mounting accessories while helping preserve barrel harmonics. The rifle features a Carpenter 158 shot-peened bolt, a heat-treated and properly staked gas key, a full-auto-specification bolt carrier group, a precision lower receiver with full-auto pictogram markings, a lever-operated manual safety, and a collapsible Magpul CTR stock. The safety configuration is semi-automatic and does not permit full-auto fire.

This rifle is horrible...
This rifle is horrible for the money. My rifle will have to be sent back to the factory. Rifle will not hold a group. Rifle fires two rounds consistent and on target, the third round is always 5 inches off. Tried two different scopes to ensure the rifle was the problem. Had a Colt armorer check it out he just advised sending it back to the factory since it is a brand new rifle. This is a lot of aggravation for such a "nice" rifle. You are better off getting a DPMS. Don't waste your money thinking you are getting something special with this rifle. Obviously the quality control is off on these things.
