The rifle combines a Samson 15-inch Evolution Rail with a Magpul K2 grip, Luth-AR buttstock, and AR Gold trigger for a practical, adaptable setup. Hardcoat anodized upper and lower receivers, LifeCoat-treated operating components, and the proprietary kidney-shaped ejector support durability, smooth cycling, clean ejection, and brass preservation for reloaders. I've given this rifle...
I've given this rifle a fair amount of time to consider it before review. This is not my first Adams Arms(I have had great luck with their tactical evo model 556's), although it is my first AR-10. I love the lines on this rifle. It is sleek, thin, and relatively lightweight. I haven't had any problems with cycling as other reviewers around the web have stated. I have a buddy with several AR-10's and we pulled some of his out to compare with this one and he agreed it was really surprising just how much thinner and lighter this adams arms felt in comparison. I want to love this rifle but the accuracy and the "adjustable xlp gas block" are terrible. The xlp gas block freezes up with carbon after just a couple of rounds, then you have to squirt oil in it and beat it with a small gunsmith hammer to break it loose if you want to adjust the gas setting(Ideally for suppressor use). This is not too big of a deal, more of a pain. The real killer is how terrible the accuracy is: Im getting 3.5inch groups at 100 yards with match ammo. I've tried several different brands and weights of ammo, I've lapped the scope rings and torqued everything to spec, I've even removed the muzzle brake. I've eliminated every possible controllable variable and I still cant get it to shoot accurately. I'll be contacting Adams Arms about this since it has an accuracy guarantee and I'll update my review if it is corrected. As of now I cant recommend this rifle. A gun that spray's 3.5inch groups is not something I would want to own, let alone spend $1600 on.

A very well balanced,...
A very well balanced, smooth shooting .308. All controls will be familiar to AR-15 owners, and I like the trigger group--very smooth and light. Appears to be well crafted and the action is like butter. Great price, too!
