The Adams Arms Base 14.5" Manimal FH Nomad AR-15 rifle is built around a short-stroke piston system with a 14.5 inch 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel barrel chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. It features a pinned Manimal-equipped A2 flash hider, a forged upper and lower, and a Kryptek Nomad hydro-coated finish. With no sights included, the Picatinny flat top is set up for optics.

This is by far the...
This is by far the most impressive AR I have ever fired!!! Through the years the DOD has issued me M-16A1, M-16A2, M-16A3, and M-4 carbine. This AA outdoes them all. Clean and lube the weapon and went to the range. Fired 250 rounds in 30 rd rapid fire. Amazing!! after every mag I popped out the bolt carrier group and just hold it in my hand. Completely cool. (Try that with the POS impingement system). IT was dusty the day we fired and my buddy had to re lube his gas AR because it would not feed or seat the rounds after 75-100 shots fired. So disgusted he ordered an Addams that afternoon. Outstanding weapon system that the DOD should have been upgrading us up to 30 years ago. SHAME ON THEM OH by the way...15 minutes to totally clean. Spotless Thanks for the best AR platform I have ever fired. Will be purchasing more!!! Robert

There is a lot to like...
There is a lot to like about this rifle. It is a piston operated bolt instead of direct gas impingement. It has an excellent camo pattern that should blend in to any forest floor. It is light and handy and functions flawlessly out of the box. On top of this it is under 7 pounds.
