I had ordered this...
I had ordered this rifle on May 31st and received it on June 6th not bad delivery time if I do say so myself. I have only owned a couple AR's and both were cheap (quality but cheap). I wanted an AR that was more tactical and would be good for my uses and I did not want to build my own like so many others these days because I am not a armorer and I like to have a warranty. OK now onto the rifle... First impressions, straight out of the box it looked menacing, tactical and beautiful. It was very comfortable and it would cycle great dry. I then took it straight to the range with 2 extra MagPul Gen3 PMags. FIRST RANGE EXPERIENCE, (THIS WAS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX WITH NO PREP OR LUBRICATING OF ANY KIND) I purchased some PMC Bronze .223-Remington 55-Grain FMJ ammo for range ammo (I use PMC in all my firearms). It was ejecting perfectly but I had a lot of issues with the rifle. The bolt would not lock back on the last round with any of the magazines, and also not chamber a new round and sometimes it would improperly feed into the chamber. And those issues were with both MagPul 30 round Gen3 PMags and the standard 30 round GI mag it came with. I shot exactly 250 rounds that day and about 225 had issues whether it was FTF or the bolt not locking back on the last round. After contacting Adam's Arm's on the issue they made some inquiries and deduced the problem was me not prepping and lubricating the rifle before shooting and for using .223-Remington ammunition because the 5.56-NATO round has a little more power to it, it makes better for breaking in the rifle. SECOND RANGE EXPERIENCE, I went to the range with the same 3 magazines, cleaned and lubricated the rifle extensively and brought with the 200 rounds of PMC XTAC 55-Grain 5.56-NATO, 90 rounds Winchester FBI Contract 62-Grain 5.56-NATO HP and 100 rounds PMC Bronze .223-Remington 55-Grain FMJ ammo. I first shot the 5.56-NATO ammo and then the .223 ammo and it all ran PERFECTLY. I only had one problem with all 390 rounds and that was with the Winchester HP ammo. The tip of the HP was broken off. But other than that it ran great. I HAVE SINCE THEN PUT APPROXIMATELY ANOTHER 2527 ROUNDS THROUGH THIS RIFLE AND I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES AND IT HAS BEEN RUNNING FLAWLESSLY WITH ALL KINDS OF AMMUNITION (.223-Remington, 5.56-NATO, FMJ, HP, Green Tips & Tracers) I HAVE PROBABLY PUT ABOUT 450-550 ROUNDS OF EACH KIND OF AMMO THROUGH IT AND THIS RIFLE JUST EATS IT UP GREAT. (BUT I HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT RUN BROWN BEAR, TULA OR ANY OF THAT OTHER STUFF) If you buy this rifle you will not regret it. It is a great rifle and I would buy it all over again!!!
