I picked this up...
I picked this up because it was very reasonably priced and I though I should get into the "modern" gun culture. (generally, I'm kind of an old man when it comes to guns. Wood and steel as opposed to polymer...) Anyways I embraced the lightweight modern polymer AR with gusto and although I did eventually replace the polymer lower with an aluminum one, I must say that it worked flawlessly for about 300 rounds out of the box. I think I agree with the reviewer who said it likes heavier M855 62 grain instead of the 55 grain. Still, all ran flawlessly and it seemed quite accurate. I think the trigger was actually better in this lower than my replacement one. Curiously, it seems to have a pretty heavy barrel considering it's trying to be as light weight as possible. Also as some others have said, the fore-end can get pretty hot, so I added a Magpul vertical foregrip. All-in-all, the only real negative I encountered was the stock was a bit loose and not very comfortable, but that was an easy fix. (It does have the Mil-spec buffer so you have an incredible range of options for replacement.)

Showed up promptly. I have about 200 rounds through it. Bare bones but functional. Doesn't tell you much in the manual but it doesn't come lubed. Rifle didn't function before lubrication (understandably). After some lube it ran the next 190+ rounds flawlessly. Heat shield does get very warm so wear gloves or buy a grip. All attachments I've put on it MLOK have applied flawlessly as well. Seems to be made to spec and goes boom for the money I'd give it 10/10.
