The ArmaLite AR-10A4 LE Carbine is a .308 Winchester and 7.62x51mm NATO semiautomatic rifle built around a flat-top A4 upper receiver. Its 16-inch chrome-lined chrome-moly barrel is double lapped for durability, while the forged A2-style front sight is purpose-designed for the taller AR-10 receiver platform. The collapsible synthetic stock allows the overall length to adjust from 35.3 inches to 39.3 inches, making the rifle adaptable for storage, transport, and field use. A full-length receiver rail supports the addition of an optic or other compatible accessories, and the rifle includes one 20-round magazine.

Just what I wanted, a...
Just what I wanted, a no bells and whistles semi. Great price. When the employee handling the transfer at my local gun range inquired as to the price I paid, he shook his head and said they could not come close to that price. Plain box with 1 20 round pmag and a most basic sling. Armalite could have sprung for a better sling but I guess they know most people will want some variant of a tactical sling. Back to the no bells and whistles comment. Have not fired this weapon yet. Stuck a GG&G flip up rear sight on it that I had purchased already. Nice to have and hold until death do us part. Thanks Buds for a good transaction.

Great no frills rifle....
Great no frills rifle. Shoots cheap PMC ammo very reliably. No FTF or FTE. Solid construction. Not a high end .308, but the price reflects that. Definitely nicer than the DPMS .308s. If your looking for good mid grade AR-10 you will be happy with this gun.
