The Barrett Model 98B is a purpose-built bolt-action precision rifle chambered in .338 Lapua. Its straight-line design helps manage recoil and supports fast, controlled follow-up shots, while the adjustable synthetic stock and cheek piece allow the rifle to be configured to the shooter. A fully adjustable trigger provides a customized release, and the 20-inch barrel is paired with an efficient muzzle brake for long-range performance. The aluminum upper receiver features an M1913 optics rail with additional provisions for accessory rails. A 10-round detachable magazine supplies ample capacity for precision shooting and hunting applications.
