The Barrett MRAD is a modular bolt-action precision rifle chambered in .300 Norma Mag and configured with a 26-inch barrel, right-folding stock, and 10-round detachable magazine. Its monolithic 7000-series aluminum upper receiver incorporates a full-length M1913 Picatinny top rail with built-in taper for long-range optics. The adaptable handguard provides mounting positions at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions for rails, electro-optics, and other accessories. A user-changeable barrel system allows the rifle to be converted among supported calibers and barrel lengths without a gunsmith. The adjustable match-grade trigger, tool-less length-of-pull adjustment, and adjustable cheek piece help tailor the rifle to the shooter, while the swappable thumb safety and ambidextrous magazine release support right- and left-handed operation.
