The Barrett REC7 DI is a .300 Blackout semi-automatic rifle built around a direct gas impingement system and forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers. Its 16-inch barrel uses a 1:8-inch twist rate and is fitted with a Barrett three-prong muzzle device. A Barrett enhanced free-float M-LOK rail provides flexible accessory placement, while flip-up iron sights offer a dependable factory sighting system. The rifle includes a Magpul six-position collapsible stock, Magpul synthetic pistol grip, ALG QMS trigger, user-serviceable gas block, M4 feed ramps, beveled magazine well, and a TB-41 DLC-coated bolt carrier group. It weighs 6.2 pounds and measures 36 inches overall.
