Product Overview
The Barrett REC7 DI is a lightweight, modular semiautomatic rifle built around a refined direct-impingement operating system. Its 16-inch barrel uses a 1-in-7-inch twist for stabilizing a broad range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights, while the lengthened gas system is designed for dependable cycling in suppressed and unsuppressed configurations. The 7075-T6 aluminum receivers receive Type 3 Class 2 hardcoat anodizing with a color-matched FDE/Tan Cerakote finish. A Barrett Rail System handguard, Magpul MOE six-position stock, ambidextrous Radian Raptor charging handle, nickel-boron bolt carrier group, and Barrett muzzle brake complete the carbine configuration. The continuous rail interface provides a practical foundation for adding an optic and other accessories.
