The Barrett REC7 Gen 2 Flyweight is a 5.56 NATO semi-automatic rifle built around a durable short-stroke piston operating system. Its 16-inch barrel is paired with a 17-4 stainless steel piston system, a two-position forward-venting gas plug, a chrome-lined gas block, and a Barrett enhanced bolt for dependable cycling. A Barrett handguard provides a practical mounting platform, while the six-position Magpul MOE stock supports a comfortable fit for different users and shooting positions. The rifle includes an A2 flash hider and two 30-round magazines.
