Product Overview
The Barrett REC7 is a piston-operated semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO and fitted with a 16-inch barrel. Its short-stroke gas piston system keeps heat and combustion fouling out of the receiver, helping reduce maintenance and support reliable operation during extended use. The one-piece 17-4 stainless steel piston transfers energy to a bolt carrier machined from 8620 steel, with an integral piston strike face that eliminates the need for a separate gas key. A collapsible synthetic stock supports adaptable handling, while the receiver rail is ready for a user-selected optic. This configuration includes no sights, a tactical soft case, and two 30-round magazines.
