The Bergara Premier MG Lite combines a lightweight XLR Element chassis with Bergara's CURE carbon-fiber barrel and proprietary Premier bolt action. Its two-lug action uses a floating bolt head, coned bolt nose, nonrotating gas shield, and sliding plate extractor for smooth feeding and reliable extraction. A TriggerTech Frictionless Release Technology trigger provides a crisp release, while the two-position safety allows the bolt to be operated for unloading while the rifle remains on safe. The 22-inch barrel is threaded for a suppressor or other compatible muzzle device, and the rifle is configured for detachable AICS-pattern magazines and optic mounting.
