The Black Rain Ordnance SCOUT is a tactical .308 Win semi-automatic rifle built around a Fallout 15 anodized billet 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set. Its 16-inch lightweight 416R stainless steel barrel uses a 1:11 twist and pairs with a mid-length direct-impingement gas system and low-profile adjustable gas block for tuning and controllable operation. A nickel boron-coated bolt carrier group, BRO 3.5-pound DIT trigger, 15-inch M-LOK handguard, SLM milled flash suppressor, Magpul MOE grip, and Mission First Tactical Minimalist buttstock complete the configuration. The olive drab green finish gives this rifle a distinctive appearance, while the top rail provides an optic-ready mounting platform.
