The Black Rain Ordnance SPEC15 SOCOM Plus is an AR-15 pattern semi-automatic rifle chambered for both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. It features forged aluminum upper and lower receivers with a black hard coat anodized finish, a 16-inch 4150 chrome-moly SOCOM barrel, and a 1:7-inch twist suited to a broad range of bullet weights. A black nitride-coated bolt carrier group, Magpul MOE SL stock, and A2 flash hider complete the practical carbine configuration. The optic-ready receiver allows the shooter to install a compatible aiming optic.
