The Bravo Company RECCE-16 KMR-A AR-15 rifle is built around a 16-inch government-profile, Mil-Spec 11595E steel barrel with a manganese phosphate finish and chrome lined bore and chamber. It features a 7075-T6 forged aluminum receiver, a KMR-A handguard, and a BCM PNT trigger for a crisp, dependable semi-automatic platform. Configured for optics, this rifle ships with no iron sights installed while remaining ready to mount a red dot or scope on the receiver rail.

This was actually my very first AR-15 purchased. I have only, really been into guns for the last couple of years and have put off purchasing an AR for quite some time considering the cost. Well, I finally decided to pull the trigger (no pun intended). Although I didn't intend to spend quite what I did on this AR, I have been wanting a BCM AR-15 ever since hearing about the brand and how incredibly well-made and reliable they are. I hear story after story of thousands of rounds put through BCM rifles with zero cleaning and NO malfunctions. I don't know about you, but I very much want that kind of reliability in a firearm. This RECCE 16 is built like a tank, rock-solid every inch, and that bronze coating is just plain gorgeous. The only downfall is that I was unaware, at the time, of the difference between M-Lok and Keymod rails. Knowing, now, that M-Lok is the more universally accepted and used standard for rail mount, I am realizing that getting accessories for the Keymod rail is bit more difficult, but it really isn't a big deal, this rifle is still fantastic and have already found some of the accessories that I need (ordered from Buds, in fact). All in all, this rifle looks great, feels great, and shoots great. Fantastic purchase and, for my first order from Bud's, they killed it.

Great carbine! Comes out the box with that famous BCM smell from the oils they put on it. Shipped quickly to my ffl of choice well protected and had plenty of goodies in the box as well. Seems to prefer to stick with aluminum mags like it comes with but will run your pmags and amend mags no problem! Great firearm from & buying experience from start to finish!
