The Browning BAR ShortTrac Grade II is a semi-automatic hunting rifle chambered in 7mm WSM. It features a gas-operated action with a multi-lug rotary bolt, a 23-inch hammer-forged barrel, and a detachable box magazine with a 3+1 capacity. The receiver has a satin nickel finish and is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, while the barrel has a durable blued finish. Its Grade II walnut stock features an oil finish, checkering, a stylized forearm, shim adjustment for cast and comb drop, an interchangeable recoil pad, and installed sling swivel studs.

Great Gun very nice!,...
Great Gun very nice!, also the Buds experience was rather painless and not a problem the gun is perfect other than some checkering on the forarm that I am sure was done on a machine looks fuzzy in one spot and needs to be cleaned up a bit but nothing I cant take care of, I cant say anything about how it shoots because I have not yet shot the gun but I can tell you this it looks fantastic! oil finish and nickel in 7mm WSM with a DMZ scope mount and a Burris 3x9x50 should be a good shooter. I will update after and let you know.
