The Browning X-Bolt 2 All Purpose is a versatile bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Win, combining a compact 16.5-inch heavy sporter barrel with a configurable Vari-Tech composite stock. Its OD Green and black stock provides an adjustable length of pull, an adjustable comb, interchangeable sporter and vertical grips, and black overmolded gripping surfaces for a secure, adaptable hold. The non-reflective Blue/Black finish supports a subdued field profile, while the 5/8x24 threaded muzzle is ready for a compatible suppressor and includes a removable thread protector. The X-Bolt 2 Plus Magazine System provides a four-round detachable magazine, and the extended bolt handle with ergonomic knob supports smooth operation. A 1-1/4-inch Inflex recoil pad helps reduce felt recoil during extended shooting sessions.
