The redesigned action adds bolt guidance surfaces for smoother cycling, while the spiral-fluted bolt reduces weight and enhances the rifle's classic appearance. Its bedded action, free-floated barrel, and DLX three-lever trigger support consistent accuracy in the field. The trigger is factory set at 3.5 pounds and adjustable down to 3.0 pounds. The 24-inch barrel is threaded M13 x 0.75 and the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting.
