Product Overview
The Browning X-Bolt Max Long Range is a precision-oriented bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 Win Mag. Its free-floating, fluted stainless steel heavy sporter barrel measures 26 inches and features a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle, muzzle brake, and thread protector. The bedded receiver and adjustable Max Composite Stock provide a stable shooting platform, while the adjustable comb and length-of-pull spacers help create a consistent eye alignment and fit. A 60-degree bolt lift, extended bolt handle, and adjustable Feather Trigger support smooth operation and precise shot control. The rifle is drilled and tapped for optic mounting and includes a top tang safety with bolt unlock button.

A very nice rifle....
A very nice rifle. I've had this one twice. I had to sell it during the economic downturn the first time. It's really liked 185 Berger Hybrid Hunters both times. The bolt is very smooth.

A really nice gun. Bolt is smooth. Gun seems balanced nice. Just got it scoped up, but haven't got to sight it in yet. I'm sure it will group well, all my other Brownings do.

Shoots one ragged hole...
Shoots one ragged hole at 100 yards. Popping milk jugs filled with water at 500 to 1000 yards is easy. Awesome rifle!!!! Just change the trigger out for a JARD. The factory trigger is awful.
