Product Overview
The Century Arms CA-3 is a PTR-assembled G3-pattern rifle chambered for .308 Winchester and 7.62x51 NATO. Its roller-delayed blowback system combines military-surplus G3 components with new American-made parts, including a stamped steel receiver, trunnion, barrel, flash hider, hammer, sear, and charging handle. The rifle features a fixed stock, surplus forend, adjustable front sight, rotary aperture rear sight, and an 18-inch 4150 chromoly steel barrel threaded 5/8x24. The claw-mount-compatible receiver allows compatible optics to be added while preserving the rifle’s classic battle-rifle configuration.

Very pleased with the Century Arms CA-3. Surplus parts on the rifle are all in fairly good condition with just the right amount of wear and tear to give it that battle worn appearance. Only have about a hundred rounds through it so far, but I have yet to experience any malfunction or failure to fire. The team at Bud's made the entire purchasing process simple and straightforward. My order was processed and shipped very quickly. If you are on the fence about getting a retro .308 battle rifle, you will be hard pressed to find a better or more affordable option.

Initial impression is...
Initial impression is it's really cool. I don't know if it matters to everyone but just be aware it's not parts matched. Mine has bits of rust here and there as well that I'll have to clean off. Nothing heavy, must minor surface stuff. Didn't realize how expensive 308 is so haven't shot it yet.
