Picked this up some...
Picked this up some time ago, and it has functioned exactly how a commercial Romanian slab side would. Zero on the irons from factory was non existent, but zerod in with 2 groupings. Irons were not canted terribly, and the underfolder is one of the underfolders of time. I have ran 700 rounds of many flavors through this rifle, no issues. Wait for the sale, and buy this Romanian monstrosity, it will make you giggle in your knock off knock off Москваs.

The Romanian WASR has...
The Romanian WASR has come a long way in terms of overall quality, fit and finish. Purchased a WASR 10 in 2005 or 2006. Magazines wobbled, front sight canted. But… rifle was very reliable and very large dinner plate accurate at 100 yards. Just purchased an underfolder WASR 10. Magazines fit snugly in magazine well with very little wobble, front sight post straight. Had to have a gunsmith friend remove some metal from the muzzle device decent in order to be able to remove the slant muzzle device.
