The CMMG DISSENT BR3 is a modern compact-action rifle chambered in 8.6x43mm Blackout. Its 16.1-inch nitride-finished 4140CM barrel uses a fast 1:3 twist to stabilize the cartridge’s .338-caliber projectiles for both subsonic and supersonic loads. The direct-impingement system features an adjustable gas block for tuning reliability and recoil, including when shooting suppressed. A reversible side charging handle, reversible cross-bolt safety, 15-inch proprietary handguard, and Magpul SGA Remington 870-compatible stock provide a familiar control layout with DISSENT Mk3 modularity. The rifle includes a CMMG ZEROED muzzle brake threaded 5/8x24 and two Magpul 10-round PMAG magazines.
