Product Overview
The CMMG M4 LEP is a piston-driven AR-15 style rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO. Its piston operating system is designed to reduce heat and fouling in the receiver while supporting reliable operation. The rifle features a 16-inch hard-chrome-plated 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel barrel with a 1:7 twist, M4-style handguards, and a flat-top upper receiver with a Picatinny-style gas block. Additional factory details include magnetic particle inspection, anodized feed ramps, a shrouded firing pin, a mil-spec diameter buffer tube, and a properly configured front sight base with parkerizing beneath the sight. It includes one 30-round magazine, a manual, and a sling.
