I have a lot of AR5...
I have a lot of AR5 rifles and pistols from various makers and a few home builts in different calibers but wanted something more accurate than my AK47 in the 7.62 bandwidth. I admired CMMG parts for years and was pleased with their rifles as well. This is a solid shooter but you must absolutely clean the dickens out of this thing before firing it. As one should with any new firearm but I mean really, really clean this thing. Lots of shipping grease in it. Other than that, solid, accurate and well built with a very clean fit and finish. I put a Vortex PST III on it and was drilling the bull at 100 yards in no time.
