The Colt AR6720 Lightweight Carbine is a dependable AR-15 pattern rifle designed for patrol, training, and general-purpose use. Its 16.1-inch lightweight barrel balances handling speed with practical accuracy, while the 1:7 twist rate supports a broad range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights. A flattop receiver with an optics-ready Picatinny rail allows the addition of a red dot sight or other compatible optic. Magpul MBUS Gen 2 flip-up sights provide a durable backup sighting system, and the adjustable synthetic carbine stock helps accommodate different users and shooting positions. The rifle includes one 30-round PMAG.
