The Colt CRE-16GT Competition Expert is a precision-focused AR-15 rifle chambered in .223 Wylde. It combines a 16-inch mid-weight 416 stainless steel match-grade barrel with an air-gaged bore, a free-float modular handguard, and a Geissele SSA-E two-stage trigger for consistent accuracy and clean control. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers, matched bolt and carrier, Colt Competition low-profile gas block, and Magpul MOE adjustable stock provide a durable and adaptable platform. The rifle is optics-ready with an 11-slot Picatinny rail, and each rifle is test-fired to meet Colt's stated three-shot, 1-inch accuracy standard at 100 yards. A 30-round Magpul magazine is included.
