Product Overview
The Colt LE6940P is a piston-operated semi-automatic rifle designed for dependable performance and flexible accessory configuration. Its one-piece monolithic upper receiver provides a continuous Mil-Spec top rail from the rear of the receiver to the front sight, supporting repeatable optic installation while maintaining a rigid platform. The 16.1-inch free-floating, chrome-lined barrel features a 1:7 right-hand twist and six-groove bore for durable service use. Flip-up front and rear sights provide an effective backup sighting system, while the collapsible synthetic stock allows the rifle to be adjusted for storage and handling. Chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO, the LE6940P combines a locking bolt with Colt's articulating link piston system.
