The Connecticut Valley Arms Cascade is a right-hand bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum. It features a 24-inch No. 3 contour 4140 carbon steel barrel with a threaded muzzle for compatibility with a brake or suppressor. The smooth 70-degree bolt throw provides fast operation and generous scope clearance, while the two-position manual safety is positioned for intuitive access. A three-round flush-fit detachable magazine supports a streamlined hunting setup. The fiberglass stock has a Soft Touch finish for a secure hold and includes a removable spacer for adjusting length of pull. Dual front sling studs allow a sling and bipod to be used together, and the receiver accepts Savage 110 AccuTrigger two-piece mounts.

I've said it before...
I've said it before I'll say it again, the CVA cascade is the only bolt action under $1k I'll spend my money on. Sub MOA easy with factory ammo(will be working on hand loads shortly). Fit and finish is up to par with my bergaras and brownings. Bolt does require some break in out of the box it's slightly rough. After some oil and a couple hundred cycles it smoothens up nicely and is not far behind 1k-1500 rifles in terms of bolt feel. Nice straight free float and a pretty crisp 2lb trigger out of the box. Only complaint is the 2 piece rail other than that it's great. Super quick shipping from buds.
