The CORE15 CORE-15 TAC II is a .300 Blackout AR-style rifle configured for versatile field, range, and defensive use. It features a 16-inch 416R stainless steel barrel, carbine-length gas system, low-profile gas block, and Midwest Industries Gen 2 free-float handguard. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers provide a durable foundation, while the Magpul ACS six-position stock and MOE pistol grip support a comfortable, adaptable fit. A flat-top upper receiver provides a ready mounting platform for an optic, and the factory SureFire three-prong flash hider is mounted to the threaded muzzle. The rifle weighs 5.8 pounds unloaded and includes one Magpul PMAG.
