Its 25-inch fluted 416 stainless steel barrel provides a durable platform for hunting, camp use, and brush-country carry. The rifle combines a matte stainless finish with a black synthetic stock and forend, while the fully ambidextrous design and reversible hammer spur accommodate a wide range of shooters. A CrushZone recoil pad and factory muzzle brake help make the substantial .45-70 Govt. cartridge more manageable. This Outfit configuration includes a Konus 3-9x32 scope and a soft case.

I'm a little pissed at...
I'm a little pissed at CVA here, these guns are supposed to be 100% range tested and bore sighted at the factory. I wasted 25 dollars worth of Hornady 45-70 FTX 325 grain shells because this thing is not within 4 feet of the target? Replacing my ammo would be cool. Now I have to buy a bore sighter to start from scratch.
