The Cz 455 17 HMR...
The Cz 455 17 HMR American is a great deal for the money. My trigger came from the factory with a 2.5lb pull and just a tiny bit of creep. (YoDave trigger kit $20 will fix this). The bolt I have to say was atrocious, rough, very rough. I complained about my 22lr 455 Cz purchased last year, but this one was way worse. 15min with some 1500 and 2000 grit sandpaper and it feels like glass. The gun is awesome, you just need to do a little work to get it there. Maybe that's why it's not $650. The 17 feeds perfect, and ejects spent casings reliably. Will shoot less that 1/2" groups at 50yds. Haven't got it out further. Don't be afraid to pull the trigger on purchasing this gun, it's beautiful wood and nice bluing. Cheers!
