It keeps the smooth micro-Mauser action and single set trigger while shrinking the Turkish walnut stock into a youth-friendly fit with a 12.75 inch length of pull. With an 18.5 inch barrel and mild recoil characteristics of .223, it’s well suited for a first deer rifle setup that can grow with the shooter by swapping to a standard carbine stock later.
