Its 16-inch cold hammer forged barrel has a salt-nitride finish and a 1:8 twist, while the carbine-length gas system supports both suppressed and unsuppressed use with appropriate ammunition. A free-floating modular rail handguard, synthetic stock, shotgun-inspired forward hand grip, mil-spec bolt carrier group, and Geissele SSA two-stage trigger provide practical handling and consistent control in the field.
