It features a 14.5-inch government-profile barrel with a pinned muzzle device that produces a 16-inch overall barrel length, along with a mid-length gas system and a 1:7 twist rate. The rifle is equipped with a B5 Systems CAR-15 stock, Nickel Boron bolt carrier group, ambidextrous controls, and a continuous top rail for mounting an optic. One 32-round Daniel Defense magazine is included.
