Product Overview
The Daniel Defense DD5 V1 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered for .308 Win and 7.62x51 NATO. Its 16-inch cold hammer forged free-floating barrel is secured by Daniel Defense’s four-bolt attachment system, while the KeyMod handguard provides a rigid mounting platform for accessories. Ambidextrous controls include the safety selector, magazine catch, bolt release, and configurable modular charging handle. A Geissele SSA two-stage trigger provides a smooth take-up and crisp break, and the flared magazine well accepts SR-25 pattern magazines, including the supplied Magpul PMAG.

Very high quality for...
Very high quality for a fully built AR. Short of building your own Daniel Defense is about as high quality as you can get, and this is a great example of that. I have over 5k rounds through it and can literally count the amount of failures on one hand…and that was almost certainly due to the ammo. I would highly recommend this and any DD rifles.
