The Daniel Defense DDM4 V11 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO and configured with a 16-inch free-floating, cold hammer forged, chrome lined barrel. Its 15-inch SLiM RAIL reduces weight while providing cooling, ergonomic support-hand positioning, and KeyMod attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. An uninterrupted top Picatinny rail provides ample space for an optic or rail-mounted iron sights. The rifle also features an adjustable Daniel Defense buttstock, matching pistol grip, and improved flash suppressor. The Camo finish adds a distinctive exterior treatment while preserving the rifle’s practical modular design.

This is my first...
This is my first Daniel Defense and my first AR15. I did a lot of research on which AR to get and the name Daniel Defense always came up. as one of the best AR's that you can get for the money. After a few months of owning it I must say I am happy with my purchase. With that said though I did have one problem with my rifle. The trigger would not reset after you shoot a round. The disconnector would hang up on the hammer and you would have to push the trigger forward to get it to fully reset so you could fire the next round. Rather than deal with DD customer service, I just went ahead and installed a Geissele SD-E and never looked back. But for a $1300 rifle this should have never been a problem. I have shot 1800 rounds through the rifle and I have not had one malfunction with the rifle with the exception of one light primer strike, but that was ammo related. As of now this is my go to rifle and will probably stay that way for some time. I would buy one again.
