The Daniel Defense DDM4 V9LW is a lightweight modern sporting rifle built around a 16-inch cold hammer forged barrel and a smooth mid-length direct-impingement gas system. Its lightweight barrel profile reduces handling fatigue while preserving the durability expected from a chrome-lined, magnetic-particle-tested Daniel Defense barrel. The 15-inch DDM4 rail provides an extended support-hand position and ample space for optics and accessories. A collapsible stock, soft-touch pistol grip, enhanced magazine well, and rear receiver quick-detach sling point complete the practical carbine configuration. The rifle accepts both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition and feeds from standard AR-15 pattern magazines.

Ordered the Daniel Defense DDM4V9LW from Bud's. First time ever ordering a gun online let alone from this site. Extremely pleased all the way around. Bud's communication via email was extraordinary. They kept me up to date about my order the entire time. I payed with ECheck and after it cleared 5 days later (which is exactly what Bud's said) I got an email verifying that my order shipped. 2 days later my FFL called and said it was in. Went and picked it up, payed my FFL his fee and I was on my way! Absolutely painless process. The hardest part by far was the 5 day wait for my check to clear! As far as the rifle, what is there bad to say about Daniel Defense? Love everything about it! Absolutely 100% satisfied both with the rifle and with the transaction. Im very pleased with...
Im very pleased with this rifle. All of the machining along with the fit & finish of all the parts is top notch. I have zero rattling between upper and lower receivers or on buttstock. I've only run about 100 rounds through it so far but its running flawlessly. Im not the most experienced shooter but Im getting 1.25" groups at 100 yards. This was also my first time dealing with Buds. I couldn't be happier. Ill definitely be a returning customer.
