Product Overview
The Daniel Defense M4 V5 is a semi-automatic tactical rifle chambered in .300 Blackout. It features a 16-inch cold hammer forged chrome-moly vanadium steel barrel with a chrome-lined bore, a 1:7 twist, and a mid-length gas system. The rifle is built around a mil-spec upper and lower receiver, with M4 feed ramps, an enhanced flared magazine well, a pinned low-profile gas block, and a Daniel Defense flash suppressor. Its slim DDM4 rail provides comfortable handling and integrated sling attachment points, while the adjustable Magpul MOE buttstock supports versatile length-of-pull adjustment. The rifle includes one black Magpul PMAG and a protective full-latch Impact case. No factory sights are installed, allowing the user to configure the top rail with preferred aiming equipment.

Fit and finish is...
Fit and finish is excellent on this firearm. It's what you would expect from a great company such as Daniel Defense. Very minimal to no wobble between upper and lower receiver. Also extremely accurate. I have a Eotech holographic and Eotech 3x magnifier setup with it and it's been dead on for me out to 100 yards which is the farthest I've tested it thus far. I've shot and owned several AR platform rifles including Colt which I love but in my humble opinion DD trumps them all! If you want a AR that's milspec + with an outstanding warranty and customer service go with Daniel Defense!
