Product Overview

The Desert Tech MDR is a compact semi-automatic bullpup rifle chambered for .223 Wylde, .223 Remington, and 5.56 NATO. This 16-inch configuration combines a 26.2-inch overall length with a rearward action for maneuverability while retaining a full-length rifle barrel. Its 4140 steel barrel is button rifled, QPQ coated, threaded, and cut with a 1:8 twist. A DT 3-Prong Flash Hider is included. Fully ambidextrous controls and the MDR’s innovative forward-ejection system make the rifle adaptable for left- or right-handed use, while the integrated top rail supports a wide range of optics. The rifle includes one 30-round magazine and a hard case.
