The Diamondback Firearms DB15B300 is a .300 Blackout AR-pattern rifle built around a direct-impingement operating system and forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers. Its 16-inch 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel features an M4 contour, free-float handguard, and 1:9 twist rate. The A3 flattop upper receiver provides a stable foundation for adding an optic, while the four-rail handguard supports compatible accessories. An M4-style collapsible stock, A2-style pistol grip, A2 flash hider, and standard manual safety complete the practical configuration. The rifle ships without factory sights.

Bud fulfilled their...
Bud fulfilled their obligation by shipping it in a timely manner. Pick it up at my FFL and straight to the range. I loaded some Hornady 125 Gr ammo in the magazine that came with the rifle. First issue; If you load the magazine to capacity it will stove pipe each and every time. I downloaded the magazine to 15 rounds and still the bolt refused to go all the way back and grab another round. I stripped it down at the range and discover that Diamondback assembler had put a rubber oring between the bolt extractor and sprig. This would not allow any movement of the extractor therefore not allowing it to properly extract. First problem solved. Next problem is they put Loctite on the fore end threads so you have to heat it in order to exchange their free float. Well after many trips to the range and gunsmithing the darn thing finally works, but will not allow no more than 12-1 rounds in a mag. PMAG are worst they wont even lock into place. Needless to say unless you have some smiting skills leave this one alone.
