I got this rifle to...
I got this rifle to run in the ever developing IDPA and USPSA PCC division. The quality of this rifle is great and it runs very well. The rail is very nice and the receivers are well made. The Rogers stock is very comfortable to shoot and much better than what typically is included. Accuracy, while not tested thoroughly seemed to be very good when I sighted it in. The factory trigger is not great, no worse than any other mil-spec AR and easily remedied, but not good none the less. Also, the buffer that is included is pretty cheap and very light. This leads to a slow and sloppy recoil impulse. Replacing the buffer and spring cleaned up the recoil a lot and made the rifle both funner and more competitive. The buffer/spring more than anything else led to the 4 star review. Had it included a buffer system suited to the heavy 9mm bolt carrier group it would have easily been 5 stars. While not perfect, it certainly is worth the money as compared to other products in the category and price range.

Holy moly!!!!! What a beautiful fun gun ! Don't hesitaste this gun is superb! Fit and finish are rock solid ! No play at all in this gun . Shoots like a dream ! I love it . I can't stop admiring it and I always find a reason to pull it out of the safe and go shoot it. DIAMONDBACK makes some good stuff. Buds was great as usual t ha is again !

I bought this because...
I bought this because it comes with extras like the full-length handguard that I would have otherwise wanted to add on. Recoil is pretty much non-existent, and with a half-way decent red dot on top this is easy to place 2 quick accurate shots on target 25 yards out. Although I have not shot a match with this yet or taken it to the range for some serious practice (300 rounds or so), the 100 rounds I have run through it ran flawlessly. 115 grn and 124 grn rounds fed, ignited and went on target where aimed without any problems whatsoever. I am very happy with this rifle and look forward to shooting it much more in the days and weeks to come. Buds had a great price on this rifle and free shipping as well. Can't go wrong buying it from them!
