The DPMS DR15 M4 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO and built around a forged 7075-T6 aluminum M4-style receiver. Its 16-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel features an M4 profile, a 1-in-8-inch twist rate, a phosphate finish, and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle fitted with an A2-style flash hider. A carbine-length gas system and F-marked front sight base support the familiar M4 configuration. The rifle is equipped with a B5 SOPMOD stock, B5 premium grip, M4 handguard with heat shields, mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tube, full-auto-profile bolt carrier, Carpenter 158 steel bolt, and DPMS Panther Polished Trigger.
