The DPMS Panther LR-308 is a precision-oriented AR-pattern rifle chambered in .308 Win and compatible with 7.62x51 NATO ammunition. Its 24-inch 416 stainless steel bull barrel uses a 1:10 twist with six grooves for consistent accuracy, while the aluminum free-float handguard helps minimize point-of-impact shifts caused by pressure on the forend. The smooth-side flat-top upper receiver provides a clean mounting surface for optics and omits the dust cover, forward assist, and shell deflector. A fixed A2 stock, integral trigger guard, railed gas block, and black finish complete the durable configuration.

This rifle is absolutely awesome. It took me a while to work up the proper load and find the right bullet weight. At 100 yards I'm getting groups of .25 in. I need to get to a range longer than 100 yards to really put this through it's paces. The Buds experience was awesome. Fast shipping and a flawless transfer. Will by from Buds again and again.
