Product Overview
The DPMS Panther LR-308 Classic is a full-size semi-automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x51 NATO. It uses a gas-operated rotating bolt system and pairs a 20-inch 4140 chrome-moly heavy barrel with a 1:10 right-hand twist and six-groove button rifling. The A3-style flattop upper receiver includes a detachable carrying handle, while the fixed A2-style stock and standard handguards provide a familiar AR-platform configuration. A 19-round magazine and nylon web sling are included.

This is a Great gun...
This is a Great gun for the price. Heavy and SOLID. The weight minimizes the recoil so its easy and a pleasure to shoot. Have not had a chance to make any long range shots yet, but I'm sure this weapon will have no trouble tearing out the black. Arrives in a plastic carry case as well.
